How to Increase Sales Revenue
If you’re a B2B business that relies on negotiated contracts for its business, there are three main ways to increase sales revenue in a quarter.
Option 1. Increase your marketing spend. Generally works well, but it’s expensive and there’s a long lead time.
Option 2. Hire more Sales staff. Generally works well, but it’s expensive and - again - there’s a long lead time.
